This is my first Halloween Advent gift set purchase, and it has filled the entire month of October with a festive atmosphere. The daily ritual makes Halloween even more fun. I will definitely repurchase next year

Came exactly as advertised. Same box that is in the photos, same size, arrived well before the 1st. I have been burned by seasonal stuff online before so getting precisely what the listing showed was a relief.

I am 41 and I bought this entirely for myself. No kids in the house, no excuse needed. The whole cast is on the shelf above my desk and I am already annoyed that October is only 31 days long.

Ten seconds a night and somehow it changed the whole month. You open one, you look at it properly, you put it with the others. That is the entire thing and it works.

Genuinely good sculpts and the paint is not sloppy. Only reason it is four stars is that it takes up more shelf than I planned for, so measure your spot first.

Bought it for my partner who decorates in August. Watching a grown adult refuse to open two doors on a Friday because it would break the rules was worth the money on its own.

The figures are the part nobody tells you about. They are small but properly detailed, and they have ended up along the windowsill instead of going back in a drawer.

Arrived exactly as described and on time. Nothing oversold, nothing missing, and the box is the size they say it is. Rare enough these days that it is worth saying.

Looks great on the mantel and the doors actually stay shut until you open them, which is more than I can say for the chocolate ones. Docked a star because one door needed a fingernail to start.

Ordered early on purpose so it would be sitting there on the 1st. Worth doing. Starting late and catching up would ruin the whole point of it.

The mystery is what makes it. You genuinely cannot tell what is behind the door, and that ten seconds is the bit you look forward to all day.

Simple idea, well made. Heavy card, clean print, nothing flimsy. It is the kind of thing you get out and immediately understand.

Gave one to my sister and immediately ordered a second for myself. She has already texted me a photo of her lineup twice.

What turned up is what was on the page. No nasty surprise on the size, no cheap-looking figures, no waiting three weeks past the estimate. As advertised, start to finish.

Really well made and the mystery is the whole fun of it. Only note is that it is bigger than I pictured, so clear a proper shelf for it before it arrives.

No batteries, no app, nothing to charge. You open a little door and that is it. My kids are old enough to be cynical and they still line up for it.

It sits on the kitchen windowsill and the whole house walks past it. By the end of the month the sill was full and nobody wanted it packed away.
